The Southwest District's Liberty Fest 2026 is one of Houston's premier community celebrations, bringing together families, businesses, civic leaders, and residents for an evening honoring the spirit of freedom, unity, and community. Taking place on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at PlazAmericas Mall, this free public event will feature live music, entertainment, food, family activities, and a spectacular fireworks display.
Headlining the event is Houston hip-hop legend Paul Wall, along with a special performance by She Wolf, a tribute to Shakira featuring Diana Torres. Liberty Fest reflects the Southwest District's commitment to celebrating the diverse cultures and communities that make Houston one of the most vibrant and welcoming cities in the nation.
